Prices

1. Prices shown are for single items of each design.

2. All prices are correct as of October 2015, but may be subject to change without notice.

Ordering

Nearly all of our products are made to order. For all orders received before 10a.m. Monday - Friday we aim to make and despatch the same day.

Delivery

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent free of charge.

Postage & packing charges for delivery within the EU are: £2.20 for the first item +35p for each additional item.

Postage & packing charges for delivery outside the EU (not including Oceania) are: £2.80 for the first item +35p for each additional item.

Postage & packing charges for delivery within Oceania are: £3.00 for the first item +35p for each additional item.

Import Duties and Taxes

FPC Sugarcraft is not liable for any fees or taxes you may incur if your order is held by customs. We advise that you make yourself familiar with your destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations regarding importing foreign goods and products. As the recipient, you are liable for all customs, import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Payment

We accept payment by cheque drawn on a UK clearing bank, bank transfer, credit/debit card and PayPal.

Trade enquiries

We offer a generous discount for retailers and wholesalers. Should you be interested in stocking our products for resale please contact us.

NOTE: Intellectual property rights

We design and manufacture all of our products. We assert our moral and intellectual rights over the original artworks embodied in these products. We allow the use of the products by hobbyists and small scale artisanal enterprises. We do not confer any rights in the sale of our products either to use the product or the design in large scale commercial exploitation. We do not confer any rights in the sale of our products for third parties to reproduce the item by any form of copying for sale either as a mould or for any other purpose.
